Billing loop
If the app keeps returning to billing after payment, wait a minute and refresh. If it continues, contact support with the account email and time of payment so the subscription confirmation can be checked.
Form not submitting
Test the public form in a normal browser window. If the form shows an error, check that required fields are filled, the site is published, and the account has a valid contact email.
Phone setup blocked
Phone setup can be blocked by missing billing, missing wallet funds, missing business profile details, or pending Trust Center status. Fix billing and profile issues before retrying.
Site domain issues
If the site does not load on the expected domain, check that the domain points to the right hosted page and that the published page is the one linked from forms, Trust Center submissions, and ads.
