What analytics covers
Analytics tracks the pages you publish: websites, link-in-bio pages, and business cards. For each of them you can see page views, unique visitors, engagement, geography, devices, and traffic sources, plus a per-page breakdown of results.
Conversions are part of the same picture. Define goals, and analytics counts how often visitors complete them. On plans with the CRM, you can also read your funnel numbers next to your traffic.
Scope and time range
Two dropdowns control what you look at and how far back. Pick a scope: all pages, one site, one page, or standalone pages. Then pick a time range, from today back to the last 365 days. A refresh control reloads the current view on demand.
The four tabs
Overview
Overview is the traffic dashboard. The core view gives you stat cards, the page views chart, a device pie, top countries, and a page performance table.
The advanced tier adds more: realtime visitor cards that refresh automatically, browser and operating system pies, a UTM campaign list, top referrers, a scroll-depth chart, an Export CSV action, and a Links sub-tab with total clicks, payment link clicks, click-through rate, and your top links.
Goals
Goals (advanced) are conversion goals you define. Pick a type: form submission, email signup, button click, link click, or scroll depth. Scope the goal to all pages or to one page, set a target value where the type supports one, and add a conversion value.
Each goal shows its conversion count and rate. You can edit a goal, switch it on or off, or delete it.
CRM
The CRM tab (advanced, and it needs the CRM) puts your funnel numbers beside your traffic. You get new contacts, new leads, pipeline value, won revenue, calls, speed to lead, and appointments, with growth sparklines and a lead status breakdown.
A pipeline view breaks value down by stage, and an activity summary covers calls answered, same-day call rate, and workflow enrollments and completions.
Pages
Pages shows source performance: which traffic sources produce landing visits and leads. Insurance accounts also see policy rates. A landing-pages table lists each page with its leads and lead rate. Filter by source and by time range.
Core vs advanced
Every plan sees the core: total page views, unique visitors, bounce rate, average time on page, device breakdown, top countries, the page views chart, and per-page performance breakdowns.
The advanced suite needs the advanced analytics tier (Pro): realtime active visitors, browser and operating system breakdowns, UTM campaign tracking, top referrers, scroll depth, link click analytics, CSV export, and conversion goals. The CRM tab needs the same tier, plus the CRM itself.
Locked sections show an upgrade prompt in the app, so you always know what is behind them.
