What AI employees do
AI employees are focused workers inside LeedAgent. Each one has a specific job:
- Qualifying new leads.
- Reactivating old leads.
- Answering customer support questions.
- Reminding people about appointments.
- General assistant work.
They prepare summaries, drafts, and suggested actions. You decide what reaches a customer.
Each employee in detail
Every AI employee has its own guide:
- AI Desk. Tell it what you want in plain language and it does the work, with your approval on anything that goes live.
- Ads Manager. Connect your Meta ad account, review campaign performance, and plan changes as drafts.
- Copywriter AI. Turns your campaign goals and offer details into ad copy, checked for compliance.
- Compliance AI. Reviews your ad and messaging content before you publish or send it.
- Creative AI. Turns a plain-language brief into a creative package and generates images into your Media Library.
- Conversation AI. Your lead qualifier. It talks with leads over SMS, email, and WhatsApp and hands qualified leads to you.
- Follow-up AI. Drafts compliant post-lead follow-up for your approval before anything sends.
- Transaction Coordinator. Manages your real estate files from signed contract to close.
- Timekeeper. Turns milestone plan templates into deadlines and reminders.
Configure yours
You configure AI employees in the AI employees area of the app. Each screen covers one worker: lead qualifier, conversation, compliance, copywriter, creative, follow-up, and transaction coordinator.
Open the screen for the employee you want, adjust its setup, and it starts preparing work for your review.
Drafts and proposals
AI employees prepare work as drafts and suggestions that wait for you:
- Conversation campaign drafts. An AI employee can draft an outbound conversation campaign for you. Send-rate limits are built in for safety: hourly and daily caps, plus send windows. You review the draft before anything sends.
- Lead qualifier setup drafts. The lead qualifier's configuration is prepared as a draft. You edit it and approve it.
- Proposals. AI employees can suggest actions. Suggestions wait for your review in the app until you act on them.
- Health. An AI employee health view shows whether each employee is working correctly.
The pattern is the same for all of them:
The employee drafts a campaign, prepares a qualifier setup, or suggests an action. Nothing has gone out yet.
Open the draft and check it. Read every part before you decide.
Change what you need, then approve. Only approved work reaches a customer.
Plans
What you can use depends on your plan:
- Starter does not include AI features.
- Professional includes AI features.
- Agency includes the advanced AI tier.
- AI replies to customers need a plan that includes AI: Professional or Agency.
- Website-only plans do not include AI replies.
AI employees prepare work. You review and approve anything customer-facing. Nothing goes to a customer without your approval unless you explicitly turn that on.
