Understand AI employees

AI employees help prepare work, summarize customer context, draft follow-up, and keep the pipeline moving without replacing human approval.

What AI employees do

AI employees are focused assistants inside the LeedAgent workspace. They can help with lead response, pipeline cleanup, reminders, summaries, and other repetitive work that usually slows a small team down.

Good first uses

Start with low-risk help:

  • Summarizing new lead details.
  • Drafting a reply for review.
  • Listing stale opportunities.
  • Preparing next-step reminders.
  • Organizing contact notes.

Approval boundaries

Keep approval turned on for customer-facing or sensitive actions. A draft is helpful; an unsupervised message to the wrong customer is not.

Best practice

Treat AI as a prepared-work layer first. Let it gather context and suggest action, then approve anything that affects a customer, a campaign, billing, or compliance.

Daily review

Build a habit of reviewing AI-prepared tasks once or twice a day. This keeps the system useful without letting old suggestions pile up.

Next step

Use AI where conversations happen.

The inbox is where summaries, drafts, reminders, and customer context become practical.
