Use calendar and booking

Booking pages help leads choose a time while keeping the appointment connected to the contact and follow-up workflow.

Use a booking link when the next step should be scheduled directly. Keep the page simple: what the meeting is for, how long it takes, and what the person should expect.

Appointment details

Include the meeting type, location or video instructions, timezone, and any preparation needed. If the appointment is a call, confirm the phone number is correct.

Confirmation flow

Confirmations should be clear and not depend on SMS unless SMS is approved for the account. Email confirmations are usually the safest default while Trust Center items are pending.

Avoid hidden requirements

A customer should be able to request help or book service without being forced to agree to marketing text messages.

Test the path

Book a test appointment from the public page. Confirm the appointment appears in the workspace, the contact is attached, and the confirmation message says what you expect.

Next step

Set up phone and Trust Center.

If calls or SMS will be part of the workflow, prepare phone numbers and verification before launch.
