Domains

Bring your own domain: guided DNS records for website and email, platform subdomains, white-label app domains, and logos.

Add a domain

Add a root domain, like yourbrand.com. Subdomains are handled separately in their own section. Each domain in your list shows its website and email verification status, with quick-config shortcuts so you can jump straight to the record you still need.

Website subdomain

Choose your domain and the website subdomain, www by default. You get the exact DNS records to set at your registrar, including the root record. Once your registrar shows the records, run the verification. The result tells you the state of routing, SSL, and DNS separately, so you know exactly what to fix.

Email subdomain

Choose an email subdomain for sending, mail by default. Configure it and verify with copyable DNS records. Verification checks each record, so a partial setup is easy to spot.

Subdomains

Claim and manage your platform subdomains here. Hosted pages live on them.

App domain

On white-label plans, point an app subdomain of a verified domain at your dashboard. Add the CNAME record at your registrar, verify, and your team signs in on your own address. You can remove it later if you want to go back to the default.

Logos

Also on white-label plans: replace the platform logo in the dashboard with an image from your Media Library. Removing your logo restores the default.

Buy a domain

Where enabled, you can buy a domain without leaving the app. Search available domains, pick a term, accept the terms, and purchase. The domain lands in your domain list, ready to configure like any other.

DNS changes take time

Records you set at your registrar can take time to propagate. Verify after your registrar shows the records, not before, and re-run verification if a first attempt fails too early.
