Set up your account

The account setup page should match the real business customers see on the website, forms, messages, invoices, and Trust Center submissions.

Business profile

Add the legal business name, public business name, website, business email, phone number, address, and tax details when they are required for verification. Keep the spelling consistent across the website and Trust Center.

If the account uses an industry-specific website or campaign domain, use the domain customers will actually visit. Reviewers and customers should not have to guess whether two brands are connected.

Public details

Public details appear in places like forms, landing pages, confirmation messages, policy pages, and opt-in pages. Use a support email that someone can answer.

Keep names consistent

If your website says one business name and your Trust Center submission says another, reviews can fail or stall. Use the legal name where legal identity is requested and the public brand name where customers expect it.

Team access

Give each person their own login. Avoid sharing a single admin account because it makes it harder to understand who changed settings, replied to a lead, or adjusted a campaign.

Before launch

Before sending traffic, confirm:

  • Billing is active.
  • The wallet has funds if phone usage is needed.
  • The public website loads on the correct domain.
  • The privacy policy and terms links work.
  • The main lead form submits successfully.
  • Any SMS opt-in page is optional and clearly separate from service completion.
Next step

Confirm billing before phone setup.

Phone numbers, usage, and some verification workflows need a billing path that is fully active.
