Media library

One storage area for the images and videos you use across sites, pages, and ads. Upload once, copy the file link, and reuse it anywhere.

What it stores

The media library holds your images and videos in one place. Anything you upload here is available everywhere you attach media: sites, pages, and ads.

The screen shows a storage bar card with how much of your plan storage you have used, type filters for all files, images, and videos, and a search box for filenames. The media grid shows each file as a thumbnail with its dimensions or duration and its file size. Videos get automatic thumbnails. Call recordings from your account also appear here, and you can play them inline with the audio player.

Upload and organize

Upload files from your computer with the Upload button. Images can be JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, or SVG. Videos can be MP4, WebM, MOV, and more.

From any file you can:

  • Copy the file link to your clipboard and paste it into a page, an ad, or anywhere else.
  • Delete a file. Deletion asks you to confirm and cannot be undone. Anything still using the file stops showing it.

The library shows 24 files at a time. Use the pagination controls to move through larger libraries.

Folders

A folder grid sits above the media grid, and each folder shows how many items it holds. Breadcrumbs show where you are, so you can move back up while browsing.

Some tools file media into folders automatically. Creative AI, for example, saves the images it generates into its own AI Creatives folders. That means folders can appear that you did not create by hand. Files you upload yourself always land at the top level.

On shared workspaces, team members see the account owner's library. Assigned members see their own.

Storage limits

Storage counts against your plan's storage limit. The storage bar card shows how much you have used against that limit, and the bar turns amber, then red, as you get close. See Usage for how the limits work across your plan.
