Who is on the list
The DNC Center lists every contact blocked from being contacted, per channel: SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and Voice. Stat cards at the top show the total number of blocked contacts and the count for each channel.
Below the cards, a searchable table lists the blocked contacts. For each contact, every blocked channel shows the reason for the block. Contact names link to the CRM record, so you can review the full history before you change anything.
Unblock a contact
Each blocked channel has a Clear link. Clearing one channel removes the block on that channel only. The contact becomes reachable there again immediately. Clear All removes every block on the contact at once.
Unblock only what you mean to. The contact can be contacted on that channel right away.
National Do Not Call Registry
Administrators can turn on National Do Not Call Registry checks for outbound calling. Connect a checking provider with your API key and enable the check. Once it is on, outbound calling honors the National Do Not Call Registry.
You can test any number to see where it stands: blocked internally, on the National Do Not Call Registry, or clear. Results are cached briefly between checks, so a number you tested moments ago may show the saved result.
Opt-outs and STOP replies land here automatically. Only clear a block when the contact asked you to. Clearing a block the contact did not ask for puts you back on the hook for contacting them.
