Manage contacts and pipelines

Contacts hold the person-level record. Pipelines show where each opportunity sits in the sales or service process.

Contacts

A contact should have the correct name, email, phone number, notes, source, and communication history. Clean contact data makes follow-up and AI summaries more useful.

Opportunities

Opportunities track the active deal, case, quote, appointment, or service request. Move opportunities when the real-world status changes.

Pipeline hygiene

Review stale stages weekly. A pipeline is useful only when it reflects reality. Archive dead opportunities, update active ones, and assign the next action.

Notes and context

Notes should explain what matters next. Avoid long pasted transcripts when a short summary will help the team move faster.

Next step

Connect pipeline work to appointments.

If the next step is a meeting or call, use booking and calendar tools to make that path easy.
