The six connections
The page shows six tiles. Each one connects a service your business already uses.
Meta account
Connect your Meta ad account with one click. This opens Meta's sign-in, and the connection moves through states from not connected to fully connected. The tile shows how many ad accounts are connected and what read and manage access you have. When Meta asks, pick your Business Manager.
Subscribe your Meta pages to lead capture so leads from your ad forms flow in automatically. Field mapping lets you map each question on your Meta lead forms to the right contact field. Questions you leave unmapped still arrive with the lead.
Connect Google for two things: reviews and calendar.
For reviews, discover your Business Profile locations and tick the ones you want to manage. Each location shows whether it is reply-ready or still needs Google verification.
For calendar, set your primary calendar ID and label, then choose what syncs: push LeedAgent appointments to Google, pull Google events in as busy time, add contacts as attendees, and create Google Meet links. Each option has its own default.
Conflict calendars are not available yet. Availability is based on LeedAgent appointments only.
Disconnecting Google is a confirmed action with clear wording about what is removed and what is kept.
External lead import
The external lead import is a private webhook URL that any outside tool can post leads to. Enable it, set a source label so you know where those leads came from, and rotate the URL whenever you need to invalidate the old one.
The tile shows the last received, last success, and last error, so you can confirm an outside tool is delivering.
Google Sheets lead bridge
The Sheets bridge imports leads from a Google Sheet on a polling interval between 1 and 5 minutes, with 5 minutes as the default.
Add an import with the sheet URL and a source label. You can see rows seen, rows created, and duplicates, and run a sync now instead of waiting for the next poll. Map sheet columns to contact fields; a sensible default mapping covers 14 common columns including tracking IDs like fbclid and gclid. Reset to the defaults anytime.
Ad conversion feedback
Conversion feedback sends pipeline-stage changes back to Meta as conversion events, so ad optimization learns which leads turn into customers.
Enable it per pipeline, paste a dataset or pixel ID with an access token from Meta Events Manager, and map each pipeline stage to a Meta event: new lead, qualified lead, appointment booked, quote sent, won, or lost. Stages you do not map are not sent.
Telegram bot
An administrator connects the Telegram bot with a name and a token from BotFather. Each team member then links their own Telegram with a pairing code and can send a test message to confirm it works.
Once linked, the bot powers Telegram notifications elsewhere in the product.
Plan notes
The Google reviews and calendar sections depend on your plan. A plan limit also applies to how many Business Profile locations you can manage. If a section is not available, your plan does not include it, and changing plans unlocks it.
