Connect your Google Business Profile
Reviews sync from your Google Business Profile. Connect Google and pick your locations under Settings, then Connections. Each location shows whether it is reply-ready or still needs Google verification, and your plan sets how many locations you can manage.
Reviews is available on plans that include review management: Professional or Agency.
The reviews inbox
The header shows the health of your reviews at a glance: how many reviews have synced, your average rating, how many still need a reply, and how many locations you manage.
Filter reviews to find the ones you want:
- Search across review text and reviewers.
- Rating: narrow to specific star ratings.
- Reply status: needs reply or replied.
- Location: narrow to one of your managed locations.
- Comments: show only reviews that have a written comment.
Every review card shows the stars, the reviewer, the date and location, and the comment (or a rating-only marker). Badges tell you the state: Replied or Needs reply, whether the review is visible in your widgets, and whether you flagged it.
An analytics panel tracks this month and last month's review volume, your response rate, your median reply time, the rating distribution, a request funnel, and per-location counts. It is based on cached local data.
Reviews sync automatically. Locations reviewed recently are polled frequently, everything resyncs daily, and Google can also push updates as they happen.
Reply to a review
Open a review to compose a reply. Write it yourself, load a saved draft, insert a template, or ask for an AI-generated draft. AI drafts are suggestions, so read the draft and adjust it before you post.
Post to Google publishes your reply to the actual review. You can edit or delete it later. Deleting a reply warns that it removes the reply from Google permanently. A character counter keeps you inside Google's reply limit.
AI-suggested replies draw on AI usage. If your credits run out, you will see an insufficient-funds message. See Billing and wallet for how usage charges work.
Drafts and templates
Save a reply draft on any review and reload it anytime. This is useful when a reply is half-written and you want to come back to it.
Reply templates live in the templates manager. A template can hold placeholders for the reviewer name, your business name, and the star rating, and you can set one template as your default. Templates prepare copyable drafts. They are not an auto-posting rule.
Flags and widget visibility
Flag a review to mark it locally for follow-up, for example to escalate an abusive review with your team. Flagging never reports anything to Google.
Each review can also be shown or hidden from your public review widgets, so you decide which reviews appear on your pages.
Review widgets
Build embeddable widgets that show your Google reviews on your pages. Pick the location, the layout (list, grid, or carousel), a minimum star rating, the theme, how many reviews to show, the accent color, whether replies appear, and the button. Then copy the embed snippet into any page.
Review requests
Review requests are prepare-only today. Nothing sends yet.
Build request templates per channel: SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Email templates include a subject. Placeholders cover the customer's name, your business name, and the review link.
The prepare requests flow creates tracked, queued requests for the contacts you choose. It shows who is queued and why anyone is blocked, such as a missing review link, a missing destination, missing consent, or a do-not-disturb setting. Automation can also prepare review requests as a workflow step, on plans that include review management.
When you press Post, your reply goes straight to the public review on Google. Read any AI draft before you post it.
