Overview

The dashboard

The dashboard is the first screen you see after sign-in. It shows your site stats, your CRM numbers, what needs your attention, and your recent results.

What the dashboard shows

The dashboard is a grid of widgets. Each widget covers one part of your business.

Your sites:

  • Site stats: total pages, total page views, published pages, and new leads.
  • Recent pages: your latest pages with their published, draft, or archived status and view counts.
  • A 7-day page views chart.
  • Top performing pages, ranked by views.
  • Active A/B tests.

Your customers:

  • CRM numbers: total contacts, pipeline value, your next appointment within 7 days, and unread messages.
  • Recent leads: the latest form submissions with their source.
  • Recent calls: the last 5 calls with duration and status.

Your work queue hints:

  • Quick stats: unread messages, items that need a reply, new leads, upcoming appointments, and open and active opportunities.
  • The Needs Reply card: conversations where the last message is from the customer. Click one to open it straight in the inbox.

Your results:

  • Usage and limits, described below.

Choose your widgets

Every widget can be turned on or off. Open Customize, tick the widgets you want, and save. Your choice is saved per user and persists across sign-ins.

If your plan includes timekeeping, the Timekeeper Today widget is also available. It appears only on those plans.

Usage and limits

The usage widget shows your plan name and usage bars for storage and pages. AI generations appear on the widget when your plan limits them. When you get close to a limit, the widget shows an upgrade prompt.

Good to know

The dashboard still loads if one data source is slow. A failed widget shows empty rather than breaking the page. Staff accounts use a separate admin dashboard.

Next step

Work the Today queue.

The Today queue shows what needs attention now: overdue items, what is due today, deals at risk, and leads that need follow-up.
