Set up phone and Trust Center

Phone and Trust Center setup prepares the account for calling, branded calling, and SMS review. Some approvals can take time.

Phone number

Buy or connect a phone number from the phone area after billing and wallet funding are ready. Use a number that matches the business location or customer expectations when possible.

Business verification

Business verification may require the legal business name, tax ID, address, website, authorized representative, and contact details. Enter these carefully.

A2P brand

The A2P brand identifies the business for SMS. The brand can be submitted before the final SMS campaign. The campaign is the part that describes message use, samples, consent, and opt-out handling.

Do not send SMS early

Wait for the required approvals before using SMS. Approval status matters more than whether the phone number is already purchased.

Before messaging

Before messaging, confirm the website, opt-in page, privacy policy, terms, sample messages, and business details all match. If anything changed recently, check the public page again before submitting.
