Use sites and funnels

LeedAgent sites and funnels turn visitors into contacts, appointments, and follow-up tasks inside the same workspace.

Site purpose

Build each site or funnel around one clear action. A home page may explain the business, while a campaign page should usually focus on one offer, one form, and one next step.

Lead forms

Forms should collect enough information to follow up without making the first step feel heavy. Test every form after editing it. The result should create a contact or request in the workspace.

Domains and policies

Use a domain that matches the business, especially when the page will support phone or SMS review. Add working privacy policy and terms links before submitting compliance items.

For SMS review

If an opt-in page is used for SMS, the page should live on a domain tied to the business and clearly show that SMS consent is optional.

Test before launch

Submit a test request from the public page, then confirm the contact, conversation, and next step appear correctly inside LeedAgent.

Next step

Prepare compliant opt-in pages.

If the site collects SMS consent, make sure the consent language is optional and reviewer-friendly.
