Understand billing and wallet

LeedAgent uses subscriptions for account access and wallet funds for usage-based features such as phone activity.

Subscription

The subscription controls access to the workspace. If checkout is incomplete or the subscription is still being confirmed, the app may continue to show billing prompts until payment is fully attached to the account.

Wallet balance

The wallet is separate from the subscription. A subscription can be active while the wallet still needs funds for phone usage. Add enough balance before buying numbers, placing calls, or sending usage-based messages.

Subscription and wallet are different

Paying for the plan activates the workspace. Adding wallet funds prepares the account for usage-based services. Most phone workflows need both.

Phone usage

Phone numbers, calls, and messaging can create usage charges. Keep the wallet funded so the account does not get blocked during setup or active campaigns.

Blocked access

If you are redirected to billing after checkout, refresh the page after a minute. If the account still loops back to billing, contact support so the subscription confirmation can be checked.
