Describe what you want
Type what you want in plain language. The Desk shows its progress as it works, then produces results in the chat.
The Desk routes work across the product: building sites, and inspecting ads, CRM, inbox, phone, calendar, automation, media, and settings.
Replies can include suggested next actions: up to 4 buttons you can click to continue.
Approvals keep you in control
Risky operations never run silently. When the Desk proposes something that goes live or reaches a customer, such as publishing, provider changes, or customer-facing sends, it shows an Approval required card. The card summarizes exactly what it will do, and shows an estimated cost when relevant. You choose Approve or Cancel.
Approval-first is the default.
Publishing, provider changes, and customer-facing sends all wait for your approval. If you did not approve it, it did not happen.
Build a site from a conversation
Ask for a site and the Desk prepares a draft. Preview the draft in the app, then create the draft site. Publishing stays in your hands.
Projects, notes, and files
Every conversation is a project in the Chats tab. Start a new one, reopen an old one, or archive the ones you are done with.
The Notes tab shows your account context: your business profile, default domain, lead forms, and media library. It also shows your plan limits (sites, pages, and subdomains remaining) and the action history for the project.
The Files tab lists the artifacts the Desk produced, ready to preview or turn into drafts.
Setup the Desk expects
Before the Desk creates a draft site, it needs your business basics: business name, logo, phone, and email. When something is missing, the Desk tells you and links you to Settings, then Profile. Fill those in and ask again.
AI usage counts against your plan's AI generation limits. The Desk is available on plans that include AI.
